I think this is healthy, been doing this a while - 1/4 cut oats - 1/2 cup either soy milk or non fat milk (cook) - add thawed or frozen blueberries (1/2 cup) - 2 tablespoons of shaved almonds - 1 tablespoon of protein powder - 1 tablespoon of either dried cranberries or pomegranate

I made up this healthy but yummy meal and it lasts until mid afternoon.
1 slice homemade spelt bread toasted dry some grape tomatoes some spinach 1 egg 1 slice 2% amer cheese 1 small patty organic sausage 1 T sweet ginger sauce by East West
I cook the sausage patty until almost done, then slice up some tomatoes and put in pan, crack the egg in pan breaking the yolk, flip over egg and put slice of cheese on it, put spinach on top of everything, sprinkle with T of ginger sauce. Put on low and cover until spinach wilts a bit not all the way. Toast bread while cooking and place meat, then egg, then the rest on top and have healthy gourmet breakfast!!
I wanted a healthy good tasting breakfast sandwich and this is better!!!
Forgot I put 1T olive oil in pan before I start….

I love pancakes or french toast...but I rarely have them. I stick to a healthy cereal, fruit and or a yogurt smoothie

I started making smoothies from 1 tbl. peanutbutter, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana, 1/2 cup non fat yogurt, 3 or 4 kale leaves and stems, 3/4 cup spinach. Place all in a blender. If too thick add more milk. This keeps me full for quite awhile!
