There are varying levels of success for many people! Some believe that etch step must succeed in order to reach a goal. Some believe that learning from mistakes is a very important step! Some people are perfectionist and are really upset at even the smallest failure!
Take a moment and think what your definition of success is! You can relate it to dieting, fitness training, attaining goals, taking steps, learning, never giving up, mental wellness, changing habits, realizing failures, admitting the cold hard truth, emotional heath, setting a good example for others, being transparent and on and on!
