Lift right arm & left leg for 15 seconds
Lift left arm & right leg for 15 seconds
Plank 15 seconds.

A few months ago Muscle and Fitness Hers published an 8 Week to Six Pack Abs program. Every two weeks you change exercises and some are pretty hard. It really strengthened my core.

This is an area I need to do better on but when I DO do abs I use the ab roller.

There are tons of workouts available, I like to use the chin-up bars and bring my knees to my chest then I would drop them and bring them up to my sides to work the obliques. I can really tell the next day that I have worked them.
