Most anything that is outdoors, and it is hard to pick any one. hiking, biking, walking, jogging, running, swimming (lakes, rivers, open salt water), jumping off cliffs into deep water, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, water skiing, downhill skiing, baseball, soccer, and sometimes football ( my least favorite).
Now, what I usually do is go jogging, lift weights, & go to Yoga and Pilates classes. That is quite a ways off from the skiing which I love and very seldom get to do! (Too expensive and too far away from home.)

I love kickboxing/Tae Bo videos. I also love cardio dance stuff. I am getting into interval training with videos, and, event hough it makes me want to puke sometimes, I am loving it. I also love to lift heavy, and am enjoying my current upper/lower split, even though I only do a few exercises each time. I also love yoga and Pilates core workouts.
I am 5'4". Starting Weight (4.6.11) 164.6 First Goal 130 - Reached September 2011 Lowest weight: 116 Gained back 40 or so pounds and now getting back to it.

Although I haven't done it in a long time, my favorite workout is Kick Boxing! It's high energy and lots of fun! What do you like? Pilates, Yoga, Weight Lifting, Aerobic, Swimming, or even just hopping on the Treadmill for a bit? Whatever it is you like to do I wanna hear it!!
