My favorite workouts are cardio-boxing. It is a small effort to get your heart rate up and burn tons of calories. I also enjoy yoga for a less intense workout.

I love spinning, running outdoors and in, bodypump classes, and lifting weights. In the warmer months I bike outdoors alot and we hike.

I really like the camaraderie of a group fitness class also. I'm not into the pain, but you're right, it is more enjoyable when shared. emoticon

Squash or running. Squash(or any sport really) especially because nothing pushes you like trying to win, you end up working way harder than you would have just working out by yourself.

Water aerobics would be mine. I really can't get my heart rate up high enough, but it I feel good afterwards and always look forward to it. It's these old joints, you know. emoticon

I love running! And hiking, although I only go hiking once or twice a year. I also love Pilates. And I love incorporating Plyometrics into my workout (although I hate plyo's as I'm doing them).

Most anything that is outdoors, and it is hard to pick any one.
hiking, biking, walking, jogging, running, swimming (lakes, rivers, open salt water), jumping off cliffs into deep water, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, water skiing, downhill skiing, baseball, soccer, and sometimes football ( my least favorite).

Now, what I usually do is go jogging, lift weights, & go to Yoga and Pilates classes. That is quite a ways off from the skiing which I love and very seldom get to do! (Too expensive and too far away from home.)

I love kickboxing/Tae Bo videos. I also love cardio dance stuff. I am getting into interval training with videos, and, event hough it makes me want to puke sometimes, I am loving it. I also love to lift heavy, and am enjoying my current upper/lower split, even though I only do a few exercises each time. I also love yoga and Pilates core workouts.

Currently maintaining under 120 and working on changing my mental image of myself!

Although I haven't done it in a long time, my favorite workout is Kick Boxing! It's high energy and lots of fun! emoticon
What do you like? Pilates, Yoga, Weight Lifting, Aerobic, Swimming, or even just hopping on the Treadmill for a bit? Whatever it is you like to do I wanna hear it!!
