tofu chocolate mousse, but I'll eat Fage Yogurt with a little jam on a rice tortilla instead, cause that tofu choco mousse is very very high in calories, I think...from Whole Foods.

Er ... is treacle pudding and custard healthy? There's a lot of calcium in custard! And eggs in treacle pudding.
Seriously I usually have fruit or yogurt or no dessert.
For those who live in UK, Aldi do a lemon cheesecake that is sooooo nice - 3 for 99p so cheap as well. Unfortunately they're 285 cals so they're a rare treat and have to be allowed for by super healthy eating all day.
I'm not sure this qualifies as a dessert, but since I love chocolate, but I also need more fruit - some days, I've been cutting up an apple or other piece of fruit and dipping it in one teaspoon of Hershey's chocolate syrup. It kind of tricks me into thinking I'm having a chocolate treat, when I'm really eating mostly fruit - one teaspoon of the syrup isn't too bad and if it gets me to transition to fruit, then I'm happy. My hope is that I will eventually love the fruit as it is and not even miss the chocolate syrup!.

I put a chobani yogurt w/a tablespoon of granola in it in the freezer for about 1 1/2 hr stirring about every 15 minutes...YUM YUM

The Weight Watchers sundaes(Cookie Dough and Peanut Butter Cup) are good. Maybe not as healthy as fruit,but fruit doesn't cut it sometimes.
