I want to do right by myself, it just never happens. I couldn't go to sleep last night. Last time I looked at the clock it was 12:30am. My son woke up at 6am. I am exhausted. I have no energy and all I can think about is going back to bed. This isn't the first time this has happened.. it happens a lot. I never feel like I get enough sleep. I would take something, but when my husband is gone at work I am scared I wouldn't hear my 1 year old if he was to wake up in the middle of the night.
Does anybody here take a sleep aid that is effective but not TOO effective. I need help getting to bed at night! :( I think I would have a much better chance at being successful if I could just sleep right.
