When I first started Spark, I'd spin the Wheel as a small reward to myself when I lost a few lbs-no loss, no Spin.

It's fun to see how many points I'll get each time I spin. I'm always hoping for big points and when it happens it feels cool.

Lol, no point, but I just find it relaxing sometimes to try to get points.

What's the point of points ? For many people they are for fun. The more points you acquire the better the goodies you can "purchase" for yourself or your Spark Friends. I give spark goodies all the time. can't do that without points.

Also, many members do use them as incentive to complete challenges or goals during the day. Example, you can aquire points by drinking 8 glasses of water or taking a 30 minute walk.

Some members do take points a little too seriously, it happens. Most time they really are just for fun. You could totally ignore them if you'd like.

It acts as motivation as people are by nature competitive whether it be against themselves or with a friend.

I know everyone is so psyched to get their points each day, but what do you do with the points? I don't understand the excitement about them.
