I would encourage you to change it back to the original form, and make sure you have entered a 2 pound a week weight loss goal. What is entered as your calories burned through exercise?

What do you feel your calorie range should be? Do you want it to return to 1200-1550?

I dont understand what is going on with the nutrition tracker. It gave me a range of 1200-1500 calories. I saw the option to change it based on fitness, that range seems to be a bit much for me. I changed the option back for fitness to not be tracked but now it gives me a range closer to 1600 -1900. Not sure what happened. Does it have anything to do with tracking miles on my fitness tracker?
