Did my strength training on my lunch break even though I really didn't feel like it. AND ran out of the break room when I saw cupcakes and cookies! Didn't want to stand there long enough to start thinking that I should have one!
Hey! That's not a bad idea! I'm sure you'll find that ONE serving is just enough! Great job. Today, even though I TOTALLY didn't feel like it, I got on the bike again. I never really "feel" like getting on the bike, but today is just so dreary and overcast. Has that really "sleepy" feeling, you know? Next time I go upstairs, I will fold the laundry and put it away-and then, I'll do some more laundry. *cries* ;)

I am so proud of myself. I went to the store this morning and as soon as I got home I made sure I counted out all my snacks and put them in baggies. Now hopefully I will eat just the right amount and not splurge.
