I haven't tried it myself, but from what other people have told me, you should have already started a weight training or strength training program before attempting to do the Power 90. It is a challenging workout - worth the sweat, and with great results, but tough.

Power 90 is a 90 day fitness bootcamp DVD series. I've never tried it, but I've heard great things from those who have.
