Nothing. A 5% drop in your body fat is pretty good. Well, ok, the only thing that may be wrong is your expectations. Your achievements sounds pretty good.

Your body gets more efficient (ie. burns fewer calories) at anything it does regularly, and it is recommended that you change things up every 4-6 weeks. (Which it sounds like you have been doing anyway). It's not that you are doing anything wrong, just that change in itself is good.

I think you've been seeing great results! Unless you have over 100 pounds to lose, 1 pound per week is a very realistic rate of weight loss. I know it's hard to be patient, but you're on the right track so keep up the good work.

Hang in there!

I read that it takes 4 weeks for others to notice any change in our weight/physique. It takes 8 weeks for us to notice it in ourselves.

I think you're expecting a little too much. If I understand you correctly, you've changed your workouts three times in three months? You have to give your body more than three weeks to "see" a change. You've lost weight and gained muscle. That's good.

Take your measurements and give yourself some other definable statistics to hold on to. Patience is a virtue, but it's darned hard to acquire. LOL.

I have been working out since April. 1st I went 3 days a week to the gym and walked 2 miles a day. I didn't see much change so I spoke with one of the gym staff. I changed to 4 days a week 45 mins of cardio and weight lifting. I didn't feel very different so No for the past 3 weeks I have been doing circuit training 5 days a week. THIS I feel but haven't seen I real change in my weight or body. I have changed many of my eating habits. Averaging 1500 calories a day. My base metabolic rate is 1640. During the past10 weeks I have lost 10lbs from 200 to 190 deceased my BMI by 2 percent and body fat by a little over 5%. I expected to see more results.. Should I stay with the routine or change something add something??
