Thank you so very much.

Great! I had about 3 servings of watermelon yesterday and about 5 servings of honeydew today. HIGH cal content on the honeydew but it was good!

BTW,
Is there a chart I can print and post that breaks down most fruits and/or veggies?

Because of the higher water content in most berries and melon...1 cup is a standard portion and approximately equal to 1/2 cup canned fruit, or a small piece of fruit or 1/4 cup dried fruit, or 1/2 of a large banana. They all have about 60 calories.

How much watermelon is considered 1 serving? 1 cup, 1/2 cup, I am lost with portion amounts when it comes to fruits. Is there a guide we can refer to?
