I count the whole thing, including warmup and cool down as part of the workout time, so 30 minutes.

Hi Abbey,

Your warm-up and cool down are counted as the overall workout times--so I would use 30 minutes.

I have always wondered this. When you do say, a 30 minute exercise video its usually includes a 5 minute warmup and a 5 minute cooldown. So did I get my 30 minutes in or do I have to do a 40 minute video? Thanks!
