Made baby steps in my length on the elliptical (back at my most fit time in life I could do an hour easily) First time on I made 10 minutes, last week 15 minutes. Today I conquered 30! A little bit each week and I will get back my stamina and strength!

Went to the YMCA, did 15 minutes on a stationary bike before I decided the seat was really uncomfortable, so I switched to elliptical with the intent of doing my last 15 minutes there... instead I did 20!

Gotta love my cardio on the elliptical! Working on core strength so did some dumbell crunches- oof! Bet I'll feel them tomorrow!
walked all over the house playing with the kitties.....with a toy like a fishing pole that you swing around. Later on walked around the condo outside and did PT exercises on the step for my quad..earlier had gone in the pool and the Jacuzzi....I guess they were all important
I am going out to our condo Jacuzzi and pool for about 45 minutes: float on the float, water aerobics, ended up staying an hour, mainly in the Jacuzzi, there was such a nice cool breeze.

Monday-Friday I have taken up walking for 50 min during lunch with someone from work. I know for some that don't have access to a shower it can be tough but it is a way to get more fitness into my day. Love it!

Went to the gym & did my cardio on the elliptical, and my strength exercises with dumbbells and machines. A good way to start my day.
I realized I have a pool and Jacuzzi here at the condo, actually forgot about them. So, instead of going to the health club, I can walk across the drive way. Fifteen minutes on my float, 20 minutes doing water aerobics and swimming, and ten minutes in the Jaccuzi. Total = 45 minutes
took my group power weight lifting class for an hour.

I had to do 70 minutes to meet my fitness goal for the week, so I did 90. Felt great!

I played tennis with a 90-year-old man to celebrate his birthday!!! Wasn't my "typical" big-time exercise with tennis because he can't move like he used to, but the 90th birthday definitely constitutes "important exercise" and it was active!!!
