Healthy dish? Why on earth would I want to ruin a perfectly good holiday by eating healthy? It's only one day this month and one day next month. If I eat healthily the rest of the time I can eat a small portion of everything I want to eat one day a month.
Roast turkey and collared greens(fresh-not from a can) made with smoked turkey instead of smoked pork. We have celery, carrots, and grape tomatoes to nosh on, and I'm making pumpkin soup for lunch. Squash, sweet potatoes)
(Not so healthy-buttery garlic and herb mashed potatoes, baked mac and cheese, pies, white rolls.)
