I love unsweetened almond milk! At 30 calories per cup, its a much lower calorie alternative to milk. I use it in cereal, in coffee, anywhere I'd normally use milk but don't want to added calories. Not to mention that it is super delicious!

Skinny Cow frozen fudge bars, and hummus with sardines.
I made kale chips. They are delicious. I spritz with a little olive oil and onion pwd and bake for about 10 minutes in a 400 oven. They are yummy.

All fresh produce from June - November from our 10 apple trees and 4000 square foot garden. Also tried Soy products (frozen desert, milk and more) and came to like it.

I love brown and wild rice I love german seeded dark rye bread I love cottage cheese with cucumber and greek yogurt (plain with no sugar) And I love crushed almonds sprinkled on salads and anything actually

Mini peppers. I eat them almost every day. Raw with no dip. Yummy!
Tofu! I used to make fun of it and call it toad food! Trick is nonstick pan, non stick butter flavoured spray and whatever spices you like...I like garlic...cut into small bite size squares and "fry" it til golden brown and crunchy...add to stir fried veggies,to pasta, or on top a salad like croutons...yum!!!

MuffinsAndMocha posted the great topic of "What health foods will you NOT eat?" got me wondering... What's something that you may not have ever thought of (I SAID "thought of"! Don't judge me! Okay. I didn't at first. Hmph) adding to your diet, but after trying it, you actually really like it now? For me, it's lightly salted dry roasted edamame. I am also a fan of flaxseed meal-especially added to cookies for my kids' sakes, but in oatmeal for me. :) I'm a fan of organic flours, agave syrup (the dark stuff), or raw sugar.
