I will go along with the last comment as it took a long while to see the changes in myself.

It happened when someone asked if I was ill as I had lost a lot of weight. I said no but that told me it was working and I have not looked back

Glad I read this post. I looked at some pictures taken yesterday and I thought OMG I'm a fat pig, I thought I looked better by now.

So now I'm talking myself out of that, how good it is that I am on the right path.

I told myself I should buy that dress that I tried on the other day and thought it looked great. So I did!

I decided to surround myself with positive people who care about me. I told myself that I like my body more now than ever and I should not listen to people when they tell me I am too skinny. I try to look in the mirror and say "WOW you look nice today".

When I read this article, it hit a cord with me and I wanted to share it with others that I know have had to deal with depression at some level in their life! I'm sure that I am guilty of the negative self-talk that is dealt with in this article! My decision to share it with you doesn't mean that I am saying you have a problem that you need to deal with for it is only you who knows what conversations you have with yourself! I just figured I'd share the same opportunity to review what is presented here and then you can make your own decisions on how to respond to this new perspective!
