I learned to put me on the list of things to take care of. I learned that I need to catch a weight gain of two pounds before it turns into 4 pounds and so on. I learned that I really do like lifting weights.

I have learned to track, track, track!!! I track everything. The good, the bad and the ugly. It is the only way I know how to keep from gaining back those pounds. 7 months+ in maintenance and I still track but it means that I can enjoy meals out without guilt, I can go over my daily calorie allowance occasionally because I know that I can regain those calories over the next few days.
