That I agree with previous posts...protein is difficult for me! AND...I never understood why I didn't drop the pounds post baby. All those little bites add up, and I'm eating WAY more calories than I ever thought! 1 pound down, and I actually got busy and didn't track a few days. It was always in the back of my mind and I made better choices! Yeah me!:)

that sparks and I don't agree on how many carbs and proteins I should eat. I eat less carbs and more proteins so that will stabilize my hypoglycemia

I learn that I'm not hungry as before and I get enough food to satified myself. It's a good feeling to know I get more food.

I realized that I snack all day long. I hardly ever eat dinner because I am usually full from all those snacks. Unfortunately the snacks are not very healthy. Now that I know........................

I learned that it takes a little effort to ensure that I get enough protein and fiber.

my eyes are so much bigger than my stomach. Also I learned that I need to carefully measure out things. also that I need some more b12 in my diet and calcium

I learned that my eyes don't always tell the truth about portion size. I weigh and measure whenever possible so I know my tracking is accurate.

I learned proper portion sizes by tracking my food. I track for the day every morning before I start eating.

I'd have to agree you need to do that tracking in advance, it is kinda rude to go and use the computer in the middle of a meal, especially with guests over.

What I have learnt? well, its that tracking works. Thats that!!

I plan a week ahead, saves food waste, saves worry and it works.

What have you learned since you began tracking your foods? (question from spark coach)

Tracing foods brings positive results! I increased my muscle mass, decreased body fat mass and decreased % body fat.

I learned that it is possible to track as you go, but this behavior can be misinterpreted by dinner guests. I checked y tracker to see if I could afford to add oil to my salad and while hubby guessed why I left the table to consult the computer, our guest thought I was being rue to abandon everyone at the table.

Ideal would be to preplan so I know whether or not I can add oil etc before I sit down to dinner.
