I've learned that some x's I mindlessly eat or I eat more serving than I'm suppose 2.

I've learned that it's not the meal that derail me - it the bites and snacks and nibbles in between!

I have learned, since I use the food tracker, that you can't improvised your meals. Planning ahead his crucial in maintaining a good balance and make sticking to it much easier. emoticon
