Got a good night's rest, had a green smoothie for breakfast, worked out, took all my meds on time, and ate a super healthy lunch.

We won't talk about dinner, though. It's pizza night! LOL.

I went to the store and got Wasabi almonds and Wasabi peas and separated them into serving sizes so I can keep better tract of my snacks during the day. Also I can keep them in the car for those "I want a cheeseburger" attack.

does shovelling snow count? good cardio (as long as you pace yourself) and strengthens arms.
