I too have been anti-scale and not weighing myself in 5 weeks.

My WOW moment..... 3 days ago deciding to try on a pair of pants to see how far I had to go to be able to squeeze into them again. THEY FIT, not even tight.

my WOW.........moments are when when I want to eat my way through stuff and I do something non food related instead. Like today....I went for a walk instead of eating.

MY RECENT WOW MOMENT WAS ACTUALLY BUILDING MY WORK OUT UP AND STAYING CONSISTENT, NOW I'M UP TO 50 MIN. DAILY ON THE TREADMILL, emoticon emoticon WOW FEELS GREAT

Awesome :) Such a great feeling!

My recent "WOW" moment was actually a weigh-in. I had been believing and saying that I was one weight because I have been anti-scale for awhile. When I actually weighed in, I found myself 7-8 pounds lighter than I had thought!

This hard work I've been putting in has been paying off I guess :)

Sounds like you are building quite a healthy pantry. Keep up the great work.

Be careful with the low-fat items. Sometimes they make up for it by adding sugar.

It awesome that you are excited about the healthy eating choices you have available and ready to go and that you're actually enjoying the foods - that is probably one of the most important steps to weight loss/control.

My "wow" moment was Thursday when I hit the gym and saw a minute shaved off my treadmill time. :)

I have slowly been trying new sparkpeople recipes but I would have to go to the grocery store to pick up spices or low fat this - low sodium that....My WOW! moment was when I tried 2 new recipes and I had all of the ingredients already. I knew at that moment I am on my way to a healthier life! Spices, fresh fruits, fresh veggies, whole wheat, fiber...etc...are now a part of my daily life and I love it!!!
