Calories provide the human body with energy. All edible fruits have calories. If I eat fruit, then I get energy. And fortunately, I don't have any diabetic or blood sugar issues so I don't have to worry too much.

Be careful with orange juice. As you get older, The professionals say it spikes your blood sugar, just like eating a lot of low fat yogurt! You'd be better off eating an orange, than drinking it. And you'd be better off eating plain, or non-fat , or greek yogurt and putting in your own fruit, or wheat germ, or ground flax. If you like the idea of something like jam, then freeze your fruit, then microwave it , and it will taste similar to jam, but let it cool down before you put it into the yogurt.
