i stayed away from bacon and sausage. instead of bacon I had quaker oat squares w milk and instead of sausage i had 2 fresh free range eggs fried in coconut butter on 1 slice whole wheat toast. it was yummy

At work, people have brought in donuts, two different cakes, Girl Scout cookies, and quesitos and I opted for a homemade granola bar instead of any of them.
