I do four days a week of strength training - alternating upper body with core. I also walk before work - try for 45-50 minutes and I wear a FITBIT so I am always seeking out ways to add to my step count.
Running. ULTIMATE FRISBEE. And weight training if I feel like it.

I do strength training 3x per week and cardio 2x per week (cardio is usually High Intensity). Then I try to get out on the weekends for power walks for fresh air. Currently using CLX as a program, but do switch it up doing zumba and turbo jam for the cardio days. Thinking of purchasing a new program I recently seen on TV but not sure if I am ready for that intensity yet. I do 95% of my workouts at home since I have a hard time being loyal to a gym.

I have a weight training DVD called Get RIPPED! that I do 3 times a week and then I do another DVD called Combat 3 times a week and either ride my bike or do yoga on the last day.

I run 3 times a week ( 8 miles per run), yoga, JM Body Revolution and kettle bell workouts. If i am bored i just pick another DVD from Jillian Michaels collection.

I weight train, do yoga, do aerobic exercise (elliptical, biking, Zumba), swim, walk, and I just signed up for Krav Maga. Typically, I do an aerobic exercise, alternate between weights and yoga, and do one other activity every day, so 3 different types of exercise daily, approx 2 hrs per day--- more if I can find the time between working and chasing my baby around, and keeping up the house and cooking.
