I can add to the list I posted below, because I just exchanged something (a Wii game that requires no physical activity) for some more fitness items to build up my "home gym".
So now my full list is: - Nintendo Wii (& Wii Sports, MJ: The Experience, Zumba Fitness Core, and EA Sports Active 2 arriving next week) - DVDs (Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, Six Week 6 Pack, Killer Buns & Thighs, and Ripped In 30) - Hand weights (two sets - just bought the next level up at Target) - Stability ball (just bought this at Target, too!) - Yoga mat

I have a weight bench and board, barbells, curl bar, stationary bike, exercise balls, large and medium, resistance bands, and ankle weights. I also have various dvd and even VHS tape exercise programs for variety... Variety is the spice of life...no sense in getting bored with the same routine.. Spark on...
