I am on this journey because I want to lose weight, but that's not all I want!
I want to climb the stairs at home and not get winded.
I want to look in the mirror and be proud, just because I know I'm doing the best I can to take good care of myself.
I want to set a good example for my daughter, so she can grow up living a healthy lifestyle and hopefully avoid some of my struggles.
I want to go to bed at night with the satisfaction of knowing I made it a healthy day, looking forward to doing it again tomorrow!
