How do you use your Note 3 for step tracking? Which app? or program?

I use my SparkPeople Activity Tracker. I wear it on my shoe and it seems to do a good job.

I have an old Fitbit Ultra. It is a the small clip style, tracks steps and other movement. I've had it for two years and it still works fine. It is small enough that if I don't want to wear it on my pocket I can clip it to my bra under my arm and it isn't visible.

I forgot to mention that there is also an Android App called Noom. I used it for a while to track steps. It's very accurate. I just didn't want to have to carry my phone with me everywhere I went.

I have the Fitbit One and I like it a lot. It tracks steps, flights of stairs, miles, and calories burned. It can also track sleep, although I don't use it for that. It's highly motivating. I think the Fitbit Flex would probably work the same way, except you wear it on your wrist. The Fitbit one clips to your bra or your pocket or waistband and you can pretty much forget about it for the rest of the day. Calories tracked on Spark flow over to the Fitbit so you can compare calories consumed to calories burned.

Thank you for all of your replies. It has given me something to think about. Anyone else?

my galaxy s4 has a fitness app that came with it. I don't have to do anything, it just lets me know at the end of the day if I've reached my goal or not. Low maintenance, pretty much does everything for you.

I have been researching these. The fitbit zip seems to have the best overall ratings. And, it's only $49.99 on amazon. I might take the plunge and purchase one soon.

I use my Samsung Note 3 smartphone. It's with me all the time and automatically tracks my steps. Haven't missed a day of at least 10,000 steps since I've started using it.

I have an Omron that tracks steps, aerobic steps, calories and miles and love it. Last week it was on the fritz and wasn't tracking steps or aerobic steps so I reset it and it works fine now. Wear it every day every where!

I have Humana health insurance and they sent me a free pedometer after I filled out a couple quizes.

Do you use a pedometer? If so, which one? Fitbit? Pros, cons? I have an Omron and it used to work great, but after the battery died and I replaced it, it's not keeping track of my steps accurately. It's so frustrating.

Thanks for your input!
