We've all just started and motivation is probably still high. I'd like to capture what motivates me now, so that I can use it later when I'm having a bad day.
I like to plan my meals a few hours in advance and enter them into the tracker, knowing that will help me keep to portion sizes and ingredients. When planning a walk, I map out and measure the route in advance - I don't want to let myself down so I stick to it.
The though of not having messed up by the end of the day keeps me going. I know in a few months time i'll be gratefull for all my small steps throughout each day.
