Your best bet is to ask your doctor about what exercises are safe and what you should avoid. I'm guessing you did physical therapy after the repair on your right knee, so you could also refer back to those if you still have that information.

Hi there. I have a repaired meniscus on the rt knee and headed bad on the left. What are your suggestions for the best leg exersizes. Thanks
