First cup of coffee in the morning, I add 2% milk (this is the only kind of milk we keep in the house; DH won't drink anything else and we use so little milk, I can't justify buying more than one kind.) and a packet of artificial sweetener.
It's not that I don't like the flavor of the coffee I buy-- it's so I can cool that first cup down enough, that I can suck it all down at one go and get that caffeine flowing. I've tried just putting an ice cube in it but prefer cooling it with milk. After the first cup, it's black for any more.

I usually drink mine black, but occasionally use sugar free flavored syrup. I think the brand I have is Torani, butt there are several available.

coffeemate has some wonderful sugar free options that are 15 calories per tbsp and yes better coffee :)

I used to have two tablespoons of flavored cream and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a cup coffee. at least 4 cups a day. over 300 calories. i slowly cut it down over time. 1st i started with using less sugar. then i cut down the cream. sometimes i use milk to help with my calcium intake, i still sometimes use flavored cream, just not as much and not as often.
what about flavored coffee?
on the plus side, once i got used to having my coffee without the extra cream and sugar it cut a chunk of calories out of my day.

I kind of trained myself to drink it black just to avoid extra calories, but I used to use sugar-free coffeemate and that was very good. Just make sure you track those cals!

I like my coffee how I like my women. Ground up and in the freezer.
I enjoy my first cup with cream (half and half or heavy) and splenda, sweet like dessert, and drink it black the rest of the day. I make sure I measure out 1 tablespoon of cream though. Just 1 T of straight cream makes it much richer than the powders or flavored creamers. You can then sweeten with your preferred sweetner. Try flavoring with vanilla or almond extracts in your cup, or adding cocoa powder or pumpkin pie spice in with the grounds before brewing if you enjoy flavored coffee.

Either better coffee, as DRAGONCHILDE said, or switch to tea, as mentioned by BUNNYKICKS. When you say you can't drink it black, some clarification is needed ... is it because you don't like the flavor or because you have an adverse reaction to it? (I don't know why one would, but better not to exclude options, I guess) If the latter, then leaving coffee behind is probably best, but if the former ... clearly: better coffee!
But in answer to the question: nothing goes in the coffee, a.m. or p.m. However, if I want a treat: - strong coffee, preferably from the Moka, but I'll take it from the French press. - 1/4 cup soy milk (so 18-25 calories), nuked 45 seconds in a Pyrex measuring cup - take a whisk to it, spun back and forth between my palms -- it will froth and volume will triple - 1 tsp sugar (16 calories)
... pseudo-cappuccino. ~40 additional calories.
Aside: better than the whisk? Heat 1/4 cup soy milk (half and half is best ... but hey, we're cutting calories here!) as above, then pour into empty French press, put lid on it, and pump up and down somewhat vigorously for 30-seconds. You'll get a huge increase in volume and much finer bubbles/froth than with the whisk. The perfect pseudo-cappuccino results.

I switched to tea, which i do often put milk/sugar into, but a lot less than what i put in my coffee.
I also had a fit when looking up Tim Horton's website for nutritional information on the infamous "Double Double" (ordinary black coffee, '2 cream 2 sugar') and found it was 250 CALORIES give or take?? For an average cup of ordinary brewed coffee? This may have been my biggest Menu Shock item to date.

You can dilute it with water to take the edge of the bitterness, and eventually you'll just get used to it. That's what I did and now I drink it black every day. If you use anything, I'd go with almond or coconut milk.

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk- 1 cup has 40 calories. If you are used to very creamy coffee, it may take a bit to get used to it, but in most coffee and teas I like it.

Sugar free coffeemate. I love it! I make sure to measure it out and count the calories every day.
I drink two cups of coffee every morning,and I use a non-dairy creamer at 10 calories per tsp.I measure out 2 tsp. per cup and add my stevia.I can't drink it black either,but I have cut down on creamer.I also make sure I add those 40 calories to my journal.There are just some things I refuse to give up.

Better coffee. :)
If you need a lot of creamer to make your coffee palatable, you're not drinking the right coffee! Try a milder roast, or even a better brand, or try brewing it less strongly!
By switching to GOOD coffee, I can get away with much less creamer. There are light versions of almost everything; I would suggest even something like skim milk. It'll make it milder, without all those extra calories.
