I like veggies dipped in hummus. Broccoli, cauliflower, baby carrots, cucumber, peppers, snow pea pods.... I also like to use it on sandwiches!

A lot of my choices have already been mentioned, so I just want to add that I also like hummus as a salad dressing, as a spread mixed with avocado, and I discovered some time ago that it's pretty good paired in a sandwich with a mild cheese (like swiss).

hmm, I've never tried it on carrots, will have to give it a whirl on cooked veggies, for a change of pace. I've tried tahini on warm veggies, but it was disappointing.

I like to use it as a dressing on my salad. I have put it on potato and it is okay. It is good on a sandwich with tomato, cucumber and lettuce. But my all time favorite is carrots.

I love all raw veggies with hummus. But, pretzels with hummus are also good when we are entertaining - just add a bit of extra crushed chilli or cayenne pepper to give it a bit of additional zip..

We have a very thin rye cracker called Finn Crisps here which are delicious with hummus. I also put it in a baked potato and have that with salad as a meal - yum! Other ideas here are great too...

Could try blanching veggies like cauliflower or broccoli for 1 minute in boiling water and then rinsing with cold water. Makes them crunchy for dipping in hummus.

I've used hummus in sandwiches too. hummus, lettuce and tomato makes for a great quick sandwich. I've also used it in place of mayo when I make a tuna sandwich. If you want to use it as a dip, use toasted pita wedges.

How about cucumber slices if you're bored with celery or carrots. I also like slices of red, orange or yellow peppers for dipping too.

It's a great lunch - humus over whole wheat bread (self made) with fresh tomato and onion salad (Very healthy - does fit well into the Fuhrman diet).

Hummus is great with raw veggies. Perhaps some other than carrots or celery would be more tasty for you. Try daikon radishes (some times called Japanese radishes -- they look like huge white carrots). Bell peppers. Cucumber slices and hummus are very good. Perhaps not good with hummus, but I love grape tomatoes. Veggies are basically no/low calories, so you can munch all you want.

Many times I have a sandwich & might add lettuce, tomato, perhaps roasted peppers. You gotta like SOME veggies, right??? They're so important in a person's daily food intake.

Depending on my mood, I do carrots (which I had to learn to love, partly by dipping in hummus. But I get it if you can't stand them, you can't stand them) pretzels, trisquits. I also like to add some hummus to chicken or veggie wraps, super yum!
