One thing I did a lot in the summertime when my husband grilled just about every Sunday was have him grill some extra steak/chicken/whatever for me to put on my lunchtime salads during the week. I just bagged it up in 3 oz. servings. If I had time, I'd bring my own salad from home -- if not, I just brought the baggie with the protein serving in it and added it to a salad from the salad bar at my work cafeteria.

It really depends on the day, but I usually bring leftovers from dinner the night before (I split my dinner in two and eat just half of it that night). I like tuna a lot, so either a toasted tuna sandwich a salad with tuna in it. I like fruit a lot too. I usually bring something like that along with my lunch if I can too.
