i will adjust the order is i like

i will go for the baked, grilled, stews, steamed
soups, salad without dressing on top,
whole grain (pasta, rice, bread)

low fat for the cheese-dressing

its depend on the restaurant and the choices there u can adjust it for u , but sometimes u cant control the way the cooked especially for the buffet

It depends on where I go.

At each place we go to eat, I have 1 item that I order. If it is a place I have never been, I keep it simple, and get a small steak and extra steamed veggies. Skip the bread.

I don't drink with my meals

I usually order baked chicken and then I make sure the skin is off. I get heartburn on a regular bases. I need to order something plain. I like to drink water with my meal. I usually ask for a take home container. Linda from bean town
