I either listen to the music playing in the gym, listen to the music I have on my phone or when I'm on the treadmill and there is something interesting on TV, I'll watch a show.

sometimes music, sometimes a book or movie or TV program, mostly just silence and the sounds of nature

I like the fact that when a person is passionate about something that they can get so drawn into that, that time can literally fly by. Sometimes working out can be hard and speaking for myself restarting again can be rough, until you get into that routine. Pedal to the metal!

I listen to all Michael Jackson's upbeat songs, great to listen to while walking on the track.

Metal and hard rock (typically symphonic metal). Love the energy, and it's especially nice at the gym, where it's great for drowning out the sounds of other people.

Sometimes the music at the gym is really loud. When I remember I take my favourite praise and worship music - but, you have to bear in mind, I'm not capable of the high energy workouts that people 40 years younger are doing, so praise and worship music is fine for walking at 3.4 mph on the treadmill!

I stand in front of the computer and do videos or I am in front of the TV and anything that is on, is what I listen to. I am focused on workout.

Hard Rock mostly since it has a high BPM rate.
