I like my face. I also love my hair when it's dyed. The thing I love most about myself, though, is my brain. I love that it's quick, full of useful and useless facts, sharp, and always active (that's a downside sometimes- hello insomnia my old friend!) but I could never imagine being any other way.

I love that I know I can accomplish anything I set my mind to!!! I know I control what my body looks like and my fitness level. I am proud of the changes that I have made and LOVE that I still have curves. But I also know that I am a work in progress and will always have something to strive for and I LOVE the challenge!!
What I like most about myself is my perseverance through difficulties. This has caused me to run for 40 years, along with other exercise, which has led me to having a nice shape (especially before menopause) with great legs!

I have beautiful blue eyes and a very nice smile. I also like that I have a real, womanly hourglass figure -- even though I am heavier than I'd like, I have a very defined waist, chest, and hips.
Wingless, I have been learning to love my large chest for years (now even larger due to Breastfeeding). I do wish it were smaller for the purpose of running and other exercise, but it helps that my husband loves it!

Big or small, I have always been blessed with a chest and butt.... from 170-250 pounds I would get compliments on them. I am very happy with my body. But I have a lot of things I can change to go from happy to proud.

I like pretty much everything except the remaining fat roll. Sometimes I am a bit self-conscious about the right side of my face--I have had brain surgery and I came out alive but a bit lopsided. One downside of losing weight is that this is becoming more obvious with less fat to cover it up.
I love my green eyes and the fact that I have a slightly unusual complexion for my racial mix. I love my hair when it cooperates with me--natural corkscrew curls. I also love my feet--I have really high arches and amazing muscles from dancing.
Actually, I think I have a pretty good body image overall for someone my size and as fat as I was. I don't mind being tall and strong and having a capable body.

You know, I've *never* had a good relationship with my chest size. I always was around jerks who thought bigger was better (and I was ALREADY a size D), and even though they were still pretty firm for the size, I wanted them bigger. Now that I'm with my gf, and she honestly loves me however I am, and there's a focus on what makes ME happy...
They're huge and in the way! ARGH! DD is horrid! I can never find a sports bra that fits right and is supportive! I can't afford the actually awesome ones, and anything in my price range just reduces the jiggle, doesn't eliminate it. It's bloody annoying! They don't make affordable cute/sexy bras in my size, either! Evan as my tummy gets smaller, I'm still stuck wearing L-XXL because nothing else fits my boobs!!!!

My rack LOL. At least I'm honest :) I've always liked it, and was worried when I lost weight that it would get smaller, and it did a little, I probably need to go down a cup size, but it's still nice. My BF likes it too haha!
I am finally accepting my height. At 6feet, I felt odd, all the way thru college. That changed when I met my DH who liked tall girls and is over 6 feet himself, he was gentle and encouraged positive body acceptance. My gift to him (and me) is a strong and healthy lean physique.

What I like (really love) about my body is it's amazing ability to respond quickly and positively to good nutrition, fitness, and TLC. It is also thankfully forgiving when I make a less than healthy choice and sends me messages to remind me to make a better choice next time. My body and I are pleased with the efforts we are each making in respect, awe, and love of the other. At the same time, we both realize we are in this together and together we can do this!

more flexibility, stronger, better attitude ( no Seasonal Depression so far this year- YAY).
I can see muscles appearing under the fat. I am turning into the warrior I always felt I was.
Physically, looser pants, shirts, smaller belly, definition in my legs and arms.
and the best part of me, is my beautiful, loving wife of 26 years. After 8 children, she's still the best! Sorry ladies. lol.
I love my ankles/feet. My pinky-toes are a little funny, but I have sandal-worthy feet, I think. My calves have always been a favorite part of my body - they've always been toned and muscular, no matter my weight, which is why I chose my first tattoo to go on my calf. I love my butt. I like my hands - especially when I can grow out my fingernails and paint them regularly.

What I like most about my body? That it is healthy, with no injuries, and that it lets me do whatever I want to do. Now... the trick is getting my mind to WANT to do it. :)
My body? I like my face. I like my face a lot, except for the extra chin. I like the way my body is shaped even though it's got a few too many rolls. I like that I do not have a flat booty. I am still "heavier" as you can see from my ticker-but in my picture, you can see that I AM getting less huge.
