Envy. I hate that emotion but I do feel it at times. I envy those who can control their eating habits, who don't eat because they're "board". I also envy those, sometimes, that have reached their goals. I still have a problem with my self conscious self rearing her ugly head and telling me that I can't accomplish that. ;-; Dang it!
I try to stay away from envy...instead I look at what I admire. One thing is people who know what they are doing. Whether it is how to do a job, how to relate to people, how to do a certain skill or using a talent.
The only thing I wish I could do is not be so attached to food emotionally. I do envy the fact that some people can just take just one bite of something not so healthy and throw the rest away. Though...that's not to say I'm not working on it.
