I second the bland foods. A banana. Maybe some rice. Saltine crackers. Canned fruit if you have it-- canning it makes it softer than fresh fruit so it seems to go down easier. Applesauce. It would probably be best to eat just a little at a time, but more often.

Really really bland foods. How about some chicken soup ? You may also want to have some tea. I do find tea with some fresh ginger helps to settle my stomach. that is an old wive's tale, but it has worked for me.
You may also find some toast with a bit of peanut butter or regular butter okay too. pasta or ravioli are soft and easy to digest.
You do need to eat, but if you can't because of your stomach, do try to stay hydrated. push those fluids. get some rest.
