I learned to love dark chocolate. I used to hate it, but now that I do, I have a harding time eating milk chocolate. I like to buy dove dark chocolate pieces. 5 pieces is about 210 calories, but with dark chocolate, I RARELY eat that many. About 2 pieces with some water satisfies me; it even makes me feel full.

I will sometimes try fresh fruit because it usually does have sweetness to it. I'm also a believer, however, in all things in moderation. So when I REALLY need sweet, I have some, just try to limit it.

Dark chocolate or skinny cow treats. Chocolate covered almonds are good, too, or chocolate pomagranite seeds are a real treat.
I'll basically eat whatever in moderation.
