I eat a couple crackers when I first get up just to have something in my stomach before I exercise. After my workout, I just eat whatever I was planning on eating for breakfast. Usually cereal, toast or oatmeal.

No, If I eat something first, I probably won't work out. So I don't eat until after I'm done with my workout. My workouts range. I try something new everyday. For example, last week I did: Monday -Insanity Tuesday -10 minute workout I found on Dr.Oz's website Wednesday -Light stretching yoga and a mile walk Thursday -20 minute workout I found on Modernmom.com Friday -My legs were in pain from Thursday so I walked and did light stretching.

1 egg, whole wheat toast or wrap, light cheese, salsa, wash down with lots of water.
I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.
I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

Complex carbs to keep my blood sugar stable and lean cheese as building bricks of protein for my muscle recovery.. Together I find these two give me nutrition and and are not wildly yummy I want to OCD on them..
Whey protein products give me a icky chemcial taste and if too sweet can smack my taste buds into wanting more..
Small, neutral and nutritional- I'm fueling my body not eating to pleasure my tastebuds..

I'm new to having a morning workout routine and I'm learning as I go. I'm unsure that I'm eating the right foods and portions after a workout. I get really hungry when I'm done, however, I tried eating this morning and I felt nauseous. Just wondering if you could share with me what you each normally eat after a morning workout so I can get some ideas.
