I use it in paella, a spanish dish (you can search SparkRecipes for examples of paella).

I use it in rice, quinoa and some indian recipes that I have. Real saffron threads are pretty expensive, but worth it, and you don't need a ton to flavor dishes.

I got a bottle of spanish saffron and I've never even seen it in a recipe. What is it good on?
