So true. I defiantly don't stretch Before or After properly. I'm googling good stretches now...or maybe I'll pick up an easy am yoga routine.

warm bath with epsom salts...but often, if you are sore, it means that you aren't doing proper warm-ups or cool-downs or proper stretches

Stretching helps. If you are very sore, take a rest day or do something low-impact like walking

I love strength training classes, if only because you can't quit in the middle but gosh am I achy lately! What's your tip for beating muscle soreness?
