I eat one small piece of candy or something like cinnamon almonds w/Greek yogurt (mixed). I also eat fruit, but sometimes fruit doesn't cut it (like when it's that time of the month) and so I just eat one small piece of candy as mentioned above and savor it slowly.

Most of the time, I have fruit. But sometimes I have whatever I want in moderation. I like the Vita chocolate muffin tops if I crave chocolate. I also sometimes have marscapone cheese and honey over fruit.

I indulge it in moderation. I find most of the time I love Greek yogurt with fruit. So yummy and satisfying. If I want chocolate I have it. If I want a cupcake I have it. Frozen yogurt-I have it. No foods are off limits. I am creating a lifestyle not a punishment. I have made changes in how I have my treats. I eat dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate. I have a cupcake without frosting. I have low fat frozen yogurt instead full fat. I also plan it in my calories for the day.
If you like dark chocolate you could have a piece every now and then. It's better for you than milk chocolate. Also, there's a lot of "100 calorie" snacks out there. If you like yogurt, that's a good option too.
