I like simply focusing on each small step I can take throughout the day. Tracked my eating, yes! Got the workout done, woo-hoo! When I get done with my day, as long as I've kept those little priorities in line, I'm content with myself. I really LIKE that feeling.
Every day is a new beginning, a fresh chance to make great progress! Leave yesterday behind, and focus on what is in front of you now.

Reading articles, blogs and everything else there is to read. That motivates me.
I like to view at things from the perspective of Half Full Glass. Being positive brings a smile to my face because it can be challenging, like a game! But when I have low days I read my favorite book: the Alchemist. It throws me back on track :)

I am always motivated to exercise. I have always been a jock and even in my 40s, I still go all out. Eating less is my biggest challenge. I try to stay busy, only eat when hungry, keep most junk food out of the house, and pace myself. I measure progress with several metrics and continually review results and revise plans in the direction of diet and exercise combos that yield the best results.

I wake up every morning and find an inspiring quote to motivate me throughout the day. This helps me keep my eye on the prize and seek out results! What do you do to stay motivated?
