Maybe join the OFFICIAL BETTER SLEEP CHALLENGE SPARKTEAM. It is a month long group to help you with monitoring your sleeping pattern. You might not be getting the sleep you need. Also adding new music to your workout might help. Best Wishes.
Do you just need more sleep? Is there something else going on in your life that is bothering you, and your workout is taking the brunt of that frustration? I'd look there first.
However, if you are simply bored with your workout, switch it up! Change your route, reorganize the order of your routine, add a couple more reps, go to the library and check out a new workout video, use a SP video, invite a friend to go along, workout in small intervals during the day rather than all at once in the morning. Join a challenge on SP or create a challenge at work/school/neighborhood/FB to get you going again.
Sometimes, I have to just take a day off. During that day off, I usually kick myself all day for not exercising and I feel miserable (tired, lazy, etc.). That icky feeling is what gets me out of bed the next morning. Hope this helps!!

I know this is kind of redundant, but I look forward to working out when I do, because I know I can eat more calories the more I burn. ;)
For the last year, I've been working out very regularly (3-4 times/week, running, strength training, etc.), but the last few weeks, I've had a really hard time getting motivated. I've let the habit slip and now need to overcome that, "AaaaarrrrrgggggghhhHHHHHHHH...I hafta get outta beeeeeedddddd..." feeling I have every morning around 6am when the alarm goes off.
I KNOW I need to get it together and break the habit, but nothing I tell myself seems to be motivational enough to drag my butt out of bed with just enough time to get ready for work.
