I think I have heard of people dipping artichokes in vinaigrette?

I grew up dipping them in mayo. Its so hard to eat them without it! I agree, I also need a better alternative.

I love artichokes and grew up dipping them in butter. I would like something with less calories to dip them in. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!
