How about "balanciphobia?"
Or "scealuphobia?"

Hi everyone - I'd just like to say, I never had a fear of scales until i bought some today -
I weighed myself for the first time in months - and I was relatively happy with the result.
I then noticed the scales were not EVEN. I then weighed myself on a more even flooring, I GAINED AN EXTRA 2 STONE TO THE WEIGHT I HAD BEFORE!

NOT IMPRESSED!
Officially HATE scales!

All those disorders often involve a love/hate relationship with the scale, but many people with EDs are compulsive about weighing themselves quite often.

Pocrescophobia is the pathological fear of gaining weight. I have no idea what the fear of scales would be called, but I assume it would be easy to invent the word with some knowledge of Greek prefixes (which I don't have).
