I love that my body exists and that it's able to do millions of functions without fail. Our bodies do so much more than just look a certain way, and that's what I love about mine!

I am so thankful that I am physically able to exercise and that my body cooperates! I have always been a fan of my legs. Now my upper body is looking nicer than it ever has, which is very exciting to me. emoticon

My wrists and hands... my wrists are tiny, and my hands are delicate but with long fingers. When I lost weight, the first place it came off was my fingers, and my rings all fit again :D

I look at my wrists to remind myself that I have a delicate bone structure, and that once the fat comes off, it will show!

I like my body shape. I'm between a pear and hourglass shape, and I look better from the side than I do from the front. I like that I can see the shape of my body now that I am losing weight. Hopefully I will like my legs more as I gain strength in them. I am noticing definition now, but would like to see even more.

I don't care for anything on my outer person as much as i love what's going on inside. I have been taking care of the inside and it paid me back by not getting sick or having a cold in two years. God gave me this awesome self healing body and I am doing everything I can to make it stay that way.

I love my legs...and I love to strut around in high heels at home and look at them in the mirror! Sometimes we just need to feel sexy despite extra weight we are carrying. Sometimes we get so down on ourselves and we forget that we are beautiful no matter what size we are! So, find your best asset and admire yourself! It's part of the process and it helps when you are feeling like you want to quit!
