I Never use all egg whites because the Yolk is where the nutrition is-not the whites. I use at least one or two yolks in a omlet, filling, gr . peppers,,onion chopped tomato, fold then top with a sprinkle of cheddar and salsa, If i'm not in the mood for veggies, I fill with mixed fruit and a dollop of yogurt in place of cheese..Not in the mood for either- then I make the eggs, lightly cover with spaghetti sauce, add some slice deli ham and pineapple, sprinkle with mozzerella, cover until cheese is melted, and place unfolded on plate as a hawiian pizza omlet. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Egg whites, Lowfat Shredded cheese, pepper, and just a super small drizzle of syrup on top after I plate it.

If I do just egg whites or egg beaters, I HAVE to add hot sauce! I like spinach & onion - tomatoes make it too watery when it is just egg whites. Love avocado, but cut into bite size pieces on top.
If I do not have veggies on hand, I like to do 1 whole egg with 2 egg whites.....about 120 calories....I scramble that up and add 1 tbsp. light sour cream (20 calories) and some taco sauce. Very simple and yummy! I like to eat that with 2 slices of low fat turkey bacon (100 cal.), so my whole meal is all protein and 250 calories. If I want some carbs I may have 1/2 cup of grapes or an orange or something. Very tasty! Oh, and my choice of veges with that if I had them would be sliced avocado and diced tomatoe

my morning go-to is turkey bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms. Basil, tomato and feta cheese is a good combo I used to like, just don't over-fry those. Also, if you have leftovers from last night's dinner, they can go into the eggs as well.

I like mine with spinach, onions and green peppers.
Pepper, garlic, seasoning salt, onion, zuchinni, broccoli, parmesan, salsa, roasted potatoes, etc. - just depends what I am in the mood for or have on hand. You can really add anything to eggwhites in a scramble. A bit of flavorful lean meat (turkey sausage, lean ham) may help, too.

I have tried egg whites and cannot eat them, I do use eggbeaters and add onions, mushrooms, and asparagus. I add a layer of baby spinach and chopped tomatoes and after folded and on plate I add 2 T Roasted Pineapple and Habanero salsa.
When I become bored of the same old omelet, I add shredded lettuce, chopped tomato, a few sliced black olives, a little chopped onion, a pinch of shredded cheddar , fold, then top with salsa or taco sauce. A Taco Style Omelet , yummy!

I like to add salsa spice from Epicure Selections along with a couple cherry tomatoes sliced and a little spinach. Sometimes I add a hint of grated cheddar cheese.
