To answer your question try wall pushups these are done standing, put your arms out in front of you with hands flat on wall keeping your legs a little father away from the wall, then lean in forward as far as you can without discomfort.Get familiar with everything and join some teams. Teams are good for motivation, support and accountability. Use the team search bar and type in things like hobbies/interests or the first number of your age followed by a 0 and the word something. Example - "30 something", good luck on your journey
Hi: Although I have been lurking around Spark People for a long time, this is my first post. I have done many of the videos, but so many of them require push ups. I have an old neck/shoulder injury that makes it very painful to do push ups. I can do planks since I don't irritate the nerves in the injured area. Any suggestions as to what I can substitute for the push ups without compromising the workout?
